There is a growing fear that the WWE may start to release more talents after 11 different personalities were fired on Thursday, and the initial firings could have to do with the WWE Network.

WWE Monday Night RAW Preview and Possible Spoilers

According to Wrestlingheadlines.com, sources believe that the WWE released 11 talents to help stem the losses from the poor WWE Network subscriptions and from the evaporation of the WWE's pay-per-view business since the company airs the events on the WWE Network for no additional charge along with a subscription.

WWE CEO and Chairman Vince McMahon has been upset over the lack of subscriptions the WWE Network has garnered since it launched in February, and he reportedly lost a substantial amount of money last month with the lack of network buys being a key factor why.

The WWE announced on Thursday that JTG, Drew McIntyre, Jinder Mahal, Aksana, Curt Hawkins, Theodore Long, Camacho, Brodus Clay, Evan Bourne, Yoshi Tatsu and referee Mark Harris had all been released from the company and wished them all the best on their future endeavors.

On the heels of the announcement, it was revealed that McMahon is down on two Superstars and a Diva as he is reportedly not thrilled with Bo Dallas, Adam Rose or WWE Divas Champion Paige thus far early on in their WWE runs.

There is said to be a lot of fear growing backstage among the talent now that 11 of their peers have been let go, but reports indicate that it's usually what happens after a series of releases. When the WWE starts releasing talent in large quantities, there is always an internal fear that more firings could be coming as paranoia begins to rise.

Regarding Harris' dismissal, Wrestlingheadlines.com reports that the official's release comes from an argument he had with referee Jimmy Korderas on Twitter several months ago after Harris blew a call in the ring. Harris became expendable due to the fact that he blew up on Korderas on Twitter, leading to the WWE releasing him.

The WWE and McMahon could be prepared to fire some more talents if things don't improve financially for the company soon, and even if they don't end up releasing anyone else, there is a growing fear within the locker room that heads may start rolling again soon.
