There has been some speculation that the WWE could pull a swerve and have former WWE World Heavyweight Champion Daniel Bryan make a surprise entrance in the Ladder Match at Money in the Bank on June 29 at the TD Garden in Boston, but that apparently will not happen.

WWE Takes Another Jab At CM Punk On Facebook

Bryan forfeited his title due to his surgically-repaired neck healing slower than previously expected which caused the WWE to skip his planned Stretcher Match with Kane for the title, which will now be up for grabs in the Ladder Match.

Bryan's health hasn't been good, so despite speculation that Bryan will make a surprise appearance, it is highly unlikely that events will unfold in that manner. Right now, Alberto Del Rio, Cesaro, Sheamus, Randy Orton and Bray Wyatt have qualified for the match while John Cena is expected to be added to the match.

Triple H recently discussed Bryan being stripped of the title among other things in a kayfabe interview with Michael Cole.

"[There's] excitement to be able to give the WWE Universe...the WWE fans what they deserve, and that is a fighting WWE World Heavyweight Champion and someone who will defend that title," Triple H told Cole. "This has been going on too long with Daniel Bryan. This whole, 'can he, can't he' decision. We finally had a definite course of action, a definite plan."

He added: "Daniel Bryan is not what many people think he is. He is no longer the WWE World Heavyweight Champion because quite frankly he cannot physically defend that championship. So we were excited to announce to the world that they would get what they deserved. They would get a Money in the Bank Ladder Match to determine a new World Heavyweight Champion."

"The Game" spoke about being happy to crown a new champion.

"The way I see it, the WWE World Heavyweight Championship being decided in a Ladder Match with the most stellar grouping of talent that have ever assembled in one ring at one time, that's a reason to be happy," he said. "It's not often that I can tell you that on a specific day you will see history."

Triple H, who said the company is in good hands with him at the helm, then discussed Bryan getting a title shot when he comes back.

"I can't predict the future," he said. "If Daniel Bryan can return then yes I would consider him for an opportunity to become WWE World Heavyweight Champion again. It would depend on the circumstances."

Money in the Bank airs live from the TD Garden in Boston on Sunday, June 29 and there is guaranteed to be a new WWE World Heavyweight Champion.
