There are rumors that Steve "Sting" Borden may make his WWE debut after it was noted that the company was looking for a Sting body double and an orchestra to wear face paint for an appearance on June 16, which is next Monday as RAW emanates from Cleveland.

Updated Rumors On The Storyline With The Shield

It had been reported that the negotiations were slow moving between Sting and the WWE, and according to Wrestlingheadlines.com, two agencies sent out casting notices for the WWE regarding Sting. The name of the project is "WWE Orchestra" as the WWE is looking for 14 males or females of any ethnicity to appear in an orchestra. One of the agencies was located in California.

According to the listing, the members of the orchestra will be wearing Sting face paint and not actually playing the instruments as music will be dubbed in. The pay for the gig is $650 plus an agency fee to be a stand-in for the orchestra.

"Orchestra musicians with own instruments Principal Male or Female / 18 to 70 / All Ethnicities Looking for an orchestra of 14 musicians, all with own instruments - ideally a full orchestra who play together regularly," the ad reads. "They will be "fake" playing in the promo, music will be dubbed in. All will be wearing the face paint that Sting is known for. Must be OK with heavy face makeup. Any leads on full orchestras who would love to make some money, would be awesome!! Open to all ages (over 18) and for the most part, people will be unrecognizable."

There is also an ad out there for a Sting body double.

"Body double for STING Photo Double Male / 38 to 50 / Caucasian, Ethnically Ambiguous, Hispanic, Mixed, Multi-Ethnic 6'2, 250lb of pure muscle," the ad reads. "Prefer a guy with wrestling experience, very fit. HEAVILY muscular. Slightly longer dark hair. Will have a full face of make up on. paying a higher rate as we need a GREAT double for this."

It remains to be seen if this is an ad for an appearance on RAW that night in Cleveland or if it is for something else such as a DVD, but there are rumors circulating that Sting could make his long-awaited WWE debut next week.

Sting and the WWE have been in negotiations for many months about him coming into the company, but the WWE has been unable to officially land the former WCW and TNA icon. There were rumors Sting would face The Undertaker at WrestleMania XXX in April, but that never came to fruition.

Undertaker lost to Brock Lesnar at the event, ending The Streak and possibly his career, though there is a slight chance Sting and 'Taker will battle at WrestleMania 31 next March.

The WWE was dragging its feet in initial negotiations and then once an agreement was in place, Sting has taken forever to officially sign the documents.

It's unknown if Sting will actually appear on RAW in Cleveland or if the WWE will use those listings for another project, since one of the agencies was in California. It is possible that Sting enters a WWE ring for the first time in his career next Monday night on RAW.
