Two nations looking to return to form will do battle today in an international friendly between Mexico and Bosnia-Herzegovina. The World Cup tune-up scheduled for 9:30 p.m. ET will be held at Soldier Field in Chicago and can be live streamed here free. Additional TV coverage can be found on ESPN2 and Univision Deportes.
This may just be a friendly for the thousands in attendance at Soldier Field tonight, or even the millions that will tune in at home, but don't expect the Mexican national team to subscribe to that mentality. For El Tri, this match carries a weighted significance.
"The game is very important considering it's the next-to-last game before we go to Brazil," Mexico coach Miguel Herrera said (via the Chicago Tribune). "We're going to play very seriously. We're going to play with respect, given that we're going to be using most of the team that we're bringing to the World Cup."
When asked about his World Cup journey with Mexico, Herrera added, "It's been a very short time. I frankly didn't think this was going to be my World Cup. I thought I would make it in the next process. But even though it's been a short time, we are prepared, we're working hard and going full and hope we'll get to that very talked-about fifth game."

Player to Watch: Hernández isn't the only European-based player battling for minutes in Mexico. Midfielder Hector Herrera played regularly in Europe for Portuguese outfit Porto. With a gutting injury suffered by Luis Montes, his opportunity to solidify his place in Miguel Herrera's midfield is now. Playing in a more advanced role, the 24-year-old will be able to showcase the 1.4 key passes he averaged in Europa League play.
Mexico's Projected Lineup (5-3-2): Talavera; Layun, Reyes, Salcido, Moreno, Ponce; Peña, Vázquez, Herrera; Hernandez, Jimenez
Bosnia-Herzegovina's Projected Lineup (4-2-3-1): Begovic; Kolasinac, Sunjic, Spahic, Mujdza; Salihovic, Besic; Hajrovic, Pjanic, Ibricic; Dzeko
