Hall noted on Twitter that he checked into Emery-Adventist Hospital in Smyrna, Georgia after recommendations from his "team" and that he was given a clean bill of health.

"Several hours later after a complete battery of blood work and cardiac exams [I] was given clean bill of health," Hall wrote.

Hall, who was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame on April 5 under his "Razor Ramon" moniker, was slated to appear in California alongside his son Cody at a WrestleFest event and to sign autographs and take pictures with fans, but he no-showed the event after he couldn't get out of bed due to some sort of issues.

There was concern that Hall slipped back into some old habits as he has had a storied history with drugs and alcohol, but it appears as though the Hall of Famer is okay.

A fan on Twitter noted that they believed that Hall "fell off the wagon," but the former nWo founder said, "Nope...heart checkup."

According to Wrestlingheadlines.com, Hall is slated to appear at next week's SmackDown tapings in Atlanta to do an interview for the WWE Network and Cody is going with him. Hall was also getting his hair dyed.

While it appeared as though Hall could be in trouble, the WWE Hall of Famer reportedly has a clean bill of health.
