WWE Hall of Famer Scott Hall has reportedly gone through some trying times in the past couple of weeks since being inducted into the Hall of Fame on April 6, but the former nWo co-founder tweeted out some inspiring words amid the reports that he blew off an appearance and wouldn't get out of bed.

Hall, who has had a history and inability to shake off demons related to drugs and alcohol, briefly addressed his struggles on Twitter.

"Bad times don't last...," Hall tweeted

He then tweeted a photo with him alongside fellow nWo member and Outsider tag team partner Kevin Nash.

Hall was recently slated to make an appearance and sign autographs in California while appearing alongside his son Cody at a WrestleFest event, but he texted the promoter that he was in a dark place and couldn't get out of bed. Hall ended up missing the appearance.

Event promoter Kirk White, who had sent Hall a $1,600 advance, received a text from Hall the day before he and Cody were slated to fly from Atlanta to California saying that Hall wouldn't make the trip. White issued refunds to fans that had pre-paid for an autograph and photo-ops with the WWE Hall of Famer.

Hall's agent Bill Behren, Cody and Diamond Dallas Page -- who helped Hall shake off his demons through DDP Yoga -- all tried to get Hall out of bed to make the appearance, to no avail. Following the no-show, there was some concern that Hall fell back into his drug and alcohol addiction, but Hall's tweet at least alleviates some concern.

Behrens released a statement following Hall no-showing the event.

"I regret that Scott Hall decided last minute he would not make the trip from Atlanta with his son Cody to Big Time Wrestling's WrestleFest and wrestling event," Behrens wrote in a statement. "His son, Cody Hall, Dallas Page and myself all tried to change his mind but he could not get past the personal issues that had him unwilling to travel to California. Kirk, you are a true professional who goes out of his way to deliver what he promotes and promises."

He added: "I hope the fans who attend WrestleFest and that evening's wrestling event do not feel shortchanged by Scott's decision. I am confident all who attend will have a great time. I believe it is Scott Hall's loss to have missed this opportunity to meet his many fans and to see his son Cody wrestle for the first time in California. I am sure in time he will come to regret his decision, if he has not already."

Hall was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame under the Razor Ramon moniker he used from 1992-96 in the company, in a feel-good story that highlighted a turnaround for "The Bad Guy" in his struggles with addiction, and fans and friends are hopeful he hasn't fallen back into his old struggles.
