Tiger Woods' ex-wife remains bitter about the cheating scandal that doomed their marriage, telling TMZ Sports "the word betrayal isn't strong enough" to describe how she felt about learning of his infidelities.

Even as she insists she's moved on, Elin Nordegren's emotions still seem raw when it comes to her superstar ex. The mother of Woods' two young children told the website there was a time when she felt "safe" to be with the world's most famous golfer and having to listen to at a least a dozen women claim they had affairs with him only made her pain more unbearable.

"I have moved on, and I am in a good place," Nordegren told TMZ. "Our relationship is centered around our children, and we are doing really good. we really are. He is a great father."

Over the last year, Woods has been dating Olympic gold medal winning skier Lindsey Vonn and the trio were recently all spotted together at Woods and Nordegren's son's baseball game.

"I'm happy for Tiger," Nordegren added. "In general, in any kind of step-parent relationship, I'm happy that there's somebody else loving my children."

As their relationship has seemingly grown closer, Vonn has often raved about how much Woods has helped her in learning to deal with all the struggles of being a world-famous athlete. She's also insisted that both their competitive natures make them an ideal fit for one another.

Woods is currently rehabbing from back surgery and just this week admitted he remains uncertain about when he might be able to play again.
