Todd McShay has released his way-too-early 2015 NFL mock draft 1.0. The draft included underclassmen that could declare and treats it as if every eligible player is in the draft. These are the most notable picks in McShay's mock.

1 Oakland Raiders (FBO projected record: 4-12): Leonard Williams*, DL, USC
The number one overall pick is the defensive lineman from USC that has caused plenty of havoc in his time with the Trojans. The Raiders are building their defense from the ground up and it started with drafting Khalil Mack. The Raiders are grabbing a nice combination of youth and veterans and Williams would fit right in as a cornerstone player.

5. New York Jets (6-10): Jameis Winston*, QB, Florida State
The Jets grab the first quarterback in the board and McShay believes that Winston will surpass Mariota as the top passer in the draft. Winston has some off the field issues he will have to deal with and New York could be a rough place for him to live, but his potential is too large to pass up

8. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7-9): Marcus Mariota*, QB, Oregon
The Buccaneers grab my number one prospect of 2015 at number eight overall and secure their franchise quarterback. Lovie Smith may say now that Mike Glennon is the Bucs future, but when he is staring at Mariota in the draft next year that could all change. I like the fit with Tampa Bay and Mariota.

15. Houston Texans (8-8): Bryce Petty, QB, Baylor
16. Tennessee Titans (8-8): Brett Hundley*, QB, UCLA

I bunch these two teams together because they are division rivals and they take their quarterbacks of the future. Petty and Hundley are two outstanding prospects that would have been first round picks this past draft if they entered. The Texans and Titans could be selecting lower than 15 and 16 if the quarterbacks are the problem, but there is a huge need.

30. Seattle Seahawks (10-6): Todd Gurley*, RB, Georgia
Gurley snaps the streak of running backs not being taken in the first round and he goes to a team that loves to run the ball. Gurley is drawing comparisons to Adrian Peterson and would be a great heir to Marshawn Lynch in the Seattle backfield. Gurley slipping to No. 30 shows you how far the running back position has fallen considering how great a prospect he is.
