Now that the NFL draft has come and gone, the only thing left to do is look at who came out looking the best. Division by division, who had the best and worst drafts. First up is the AFC East.

Buffalo Bills:
Best Pick:
Sammy Watkins, WR, Clemson
Worst Pick: Cyrus Kouandjio, OT, Alabama
Analysis: The Bills made a huge splash by trading up to grab Sammy Watkins, but giving up a future first round pick is a heavy price to pay. Watkins could end being the best offensive player in this draft, but at what price in such a deep wide receiver draft? Other than Watkins the Bills drafted Kouandjio who some teams saw as undraftable due to his previous knee injuries. The second round was too soon for a player like Kouandjio and the Bills adding another tackle in Seantrel Henderson doesn't put my mind at ease. Big risk-reward draft for the Bills.
Grade: B-

Miami Dolphins:
Best Pick:
Jarvis Landry, WR, LSU
Worst Pick: Ja'Wuan James, OT, Tennessee
Analysis: The Dolphins quietly brought in a class that hits a bunch of needs for them, but I don't love the value of some of the picks. James didn’t grade out as a first round caliber tackle, but there he is going No. 19 to the Dolphins. The Dolphins were desperate for tackle help, but that is a huge reach for such a talented first round. Landry is a steal in the second round and is pound-for-pound the toughest player on the offensive side of this draft.
Grade: B-

New York Jets:
Best Pick:
Jace Amaro, TE, Texas Tech
Worst Pick: Keeping all their picks
Analysis: The Jets needed to add playmakers and most of their draft focused on just that. Adding a dynamic tight end like Amaro and a trio of receivers in the middle rounds will go a long way toward improving Geno Smith in his second season. The negatives from the Jets’ draft is that they had a ton of late round picks and could have wheeled and dealed their way into better value.
Grade: A-

New England Patriots:
Best Pick:
Dominique Easley, DT, Florida
Worst Pick: Jimmy Garoppolo, QB, Eastern Illinois
Analysis: The Patriots had an awfully average draft by their standards and didn't trade out of the No. 29 pick as I had anticipated. The Patriots got a guy they think will develop into a longterm starter in Easley, but his recent injury issues had hurt his value. I am not a big fan of the Patriots grabbing Garoppolo in the second round when they still have Ryan Mallett on the roster. If the Patriots had dealt Mallett and then drafted Garoppolo, I would feel much better about the pick.
Grade: C+
