With the No. 5 overall pick the Oakland Raiders have selected Buffalo outside linebacker Khalil Mack

Pros:
- Freakishly strong
- Incredible bull rush
- Great hand moves
- Delivers consistent hard hits
- Room to grow

Cons:
- Can’t play in 4-3
- Played at Buffalo
- Learning curve

Analysis: The Raiders make the smart pick in this draft and get Khalil Mack and get another great piece to the defense. Mack was one of the four top prospects in this draft so if you are drafting at No. 5 you have to ecstatic to be able to grab him. The Raiders have shown some great signs of change this offseason and the defense is becoming one of the more underrated in the league.

The Raiders still need a quarterback at some point in this draft, but kudos for them for not being the Jaguars and reaching for no reason. The Raiders have shown the effort to get better for the first time in ages and if you are a fan you have to applaud this move.

Grade: A
The Raiders make the easiest pick of the night and don't buckle under the pressure of needing a quarterback. This pick makes too much sense for it not to have occured.

Other Picks:
1. Houston Texans: Jadeveon Clowney

2. St. Louis Rams: Greg Robinson

3. Jacksonville Jaguars: Blake Bortles

4. Buffalo Bills: Sammy Watkins
