With the No. 3 overall pick the Jacksonville Jaguars select Central Florida quarterback Blake Bortles

Pros:
- Prototypical size
- Great teammate and leader
- Has ability to make every NFL throw
- Above average pocket awareness
- Under the radar mobility
- Most upside

Cons:
- Lacks elite arm strength
- College competition was subpar
- Pass timing is slightly late
- Wont have time to grow in Jacksonville
- Expected to play now

Analysis: The Jaguars give us the first shock of the night by drafting Blake Bortles over the other top prospects at the No. 3 spot. Bortles has ideal size and has been the drafts' number one quarterback prospect for some time now. The Jaguars have drafted their quarterback of the future and it happened a lot sooner than everyone expected.

Bortles is the one prospect who could have benefitted most from sitting out his rookie season and learning behind an experienced veteran, but will that happe in Jacksonville? Chad Henne is the Jaguars starting quarterback but how long will it be before ownership comes down and demands Bortles get some playing time. The Jaguars made a bold move to grab the quarterback of the future but will he pan out?

Grade: C+
The class is loaded at late quarterback talent and the two players the Jags passed on could be great at what they do. Was it worth passing on Mack and Watkins? We will have to see.

Other Picks:
1. Houston Texans: Jadeveon Clowney

2. St. Louis Rams: Greg Robinson
