The quarterback class of 2014 is a mixed bag that blows the 2013 class out of the water. The class top to bottom can produce numerous NFL starters in the right places, but what are the perfect spots for the classes best?

Blake Bortles: Minnesota Vikings
Bortles could use a little time to learn and develop into a starting quarterback and the Vikings have stressed they want to follow this exact path. Bortles could thrive with the weapons at his disposal and having Adrian Peterson will ensure no team can focus solely on stopping him.

Johnny Manziel: Oakland Raiders
The Raiders have the mentality to tolerate anything that Manziel could dish out over his career while letting him be the focal point of the offense. Oakland is a team that would make a splash like this and dictate the direction the offense goes based on Manziel's development. Adding offensive weapons and younger defensive pieces would also help Manziel's cause.

Teddy Bridgewater: Houston Texans
Bridgewater has fallen from the graces of being a top five pick to being on the cusp of the first round. The Texans will likely have to trade back into the first round to get him, but his style and dedication to bettering himself is something coach Bill O’Brien should covet.

Derek Carr: Cleveland Browns
Carr has the best pure arm in the draft and putting him on the Browns would be a home run. If the Browns select Carr you would assume they drafted Sammy Watkins at No. 4 thus making the Browns spot the most attractive of the bunch. Carr could thrive in such a situation with Watkins, Josh Gordon and Ben Tate.

Jimmy Garropolo: Jacksonville Jaguars
The Jaguars have tried and tried again to take the high profile quarterback in the draft, but after the failures of Blaine Gabbert they could learn to take a guy on a discount. Garropolo has soared up draft boards and would be a great fit for what the Jaguars are tying to do.

Tom Savage: New England Patriots
Savage left Rutgers abruptly and then-coach Greg Schiano has still sung Savage’s praises. The Schiano, Belichick ties run deeper than many think, so for the Patriots to trade away Ryan Mallett and draft a player like Savage isn’t too far out of the question.

Zach Mettenberger: Arizona Cardinals
Carson Palmer still has something left in the tank and Menttenberger’s stock is plummeting, thus making this an ideal situation for both sides. Mettenberger can continue to rehab his injured knee while learning behind Palmer until the day comes that Palmer hangs up the cleats. Bruce Arians would love to add his own guy at quarertback.

Other Quarterback Fits:
A.J. McCarron: St. Louis Rams
Aaron Murray: Tennessee Titans
Tajh Boyd: Jacksonville Jaguars (Pair with Garropolo)
Logan Thomas: New Orleans Saints
David Fales: Cincinnati Bengals
