Chicago Bulls star Derrick Rose was in attendance for the funeral of a 14-year-old girl, allegedly shot and killed by a teen classmate last week in a dispute over a boy that spilled over on Facebook.

Endia Martin was eulogized on Monday not far from the crime scene before an overflow crowd at St. Andrew's Temple that included the 25-year Bulls star and native Chicagoan. Martin was struck in the back and died at the University of Chicago Children's Hospital where another girl was also hospitalized after being hit in the arm.

In all, NBCChicago.com reports six people, three of them adults, have been charged in connection with the shooting that has rocked the crime-ridden city and left the youngest MVP in NBA history "very upset right now."

Among those charged are the alleged teen's uncle and reported owner of the gun Donnell Flora and her aunt, Vandetta Redwood, who police said knew her niece was headed to a fight carrying a weapon and did nothing to prevent her from leaving the house.
