Here at Sports World News we will count down each NFL teams’ 2014 draft needs and perfect fits. At the end of every team we will make a pick on who the team could take at their position.

2013 Review: The Browns finally showed some potential to improve, but then Brian Hoyer went down with an ACL injury. Now the Browns have a new head coach and general manager after one season on the job for the previous regime left the franchise in complete disarray. The Browns are quickly becoming the league's most embarrassing team, but with two first round picks they could change that just as fast as they imploded.

Needs:
Quarterback:
The Browns have needed a franchise quarterback for a decade now and they almost have to take one on the first round. The question is who will the Browns tag as their next franchise signal caller? Johnny Manziel, Derek Carr or the field, its anyone’s best guess.

Wide Receiver: Josh Gordon made his presence known in 2013, but no one else on the roster can be depended on. If the Browns want to wait to draft a quarterback, they could pick Sammy Watkins and have one of the best receiver cores in recent memory.

Middle Linebacker: The Browns signed Karlos Dansby to be a leader, but they still need another linebacker. When Dansby calls it a career the Browns will need two linebackers, but for now they can draft one in the later goings and let him learn from Dansby while he can.

Targets:Sammy Watkins, WR, Clemson
Johnny Manziel, QB, Texas A&M
Derek Carr, QB, Fresno State
Carlos Hyde, RB, Ohio State

Best First Round Fits: Sammy Watkins, WR, Clemson & Johnny Manziel, QB, Texas A&M
The Browns have two first round picks and this is how they can come away with a franchise changing draft class. I am not a fan of Manziel, but if the Browns can get him at No. 26 they have to make the move. The Browns should add one offensive weapon and a quarterback in the first round at any cost then worry about otehr needs in the later rounds. Whoever they have at the top of both boards should be the players they select.
