Dwyane Wade's ex-wife is accusing the Miami Heat star of stubbornly refusing to allow her to visit with their two sons during the upcoming Mother's Day weekend.

Siohvaughn Funches alleges Wade, who has sole custody of their young sons Zaire, 12, and Zion, 6, is refusing to drop the boys off for visitation as she alleges is mandated by the court prior to the holiday or the start of the Heat's second round playoff series against the Brooklyn Nets.

"Anything Dwyane and his lawyers do to make my client's life a living hell, they do," said Siohvaughn Wade's Boca-Raton based lawyer Lisa Macci. "They've announced their intention of denying her a court-ordered Mother's Day visitation, so I'm filing an emergency motion to force them to hand her the children on Mother's Day."

The couple bitterly split in 2007 in proceedings that came to top an estimated $10 million in legal cost. During that time, the two also reportedly came to a financial settlement that Funches is now also seeking to void and claiming that she never officially signed off on.
