Tonight at 7:00 p.m. ET the Brooklyn Nets will try to avoid elimination at the hands of the No. 3 Toronto Raptors at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on ESPN 2, in an Eastern Conference Round 1 Game 6 that can be live streamed free by clicking this link. Nets fans can find the radio broadcast on WCBS 880 AM, while Raptors fans can do the same on TSN 1050.
While the Nets face a Game 7 in Toronto if they want to win this series, the Raps are planning on shutting it all down on Brooklyn's home floor. "We have no doubt. We're very confident," Raptors guard Greivis Vasquez said.
"We're not going to underestimate them, but we're going to go there with the mentality that we're going to fight and we're going to do whatever it takes to get this win. We're very humble, but at the same time we're very hungry. We need to leave it all on the court. We've got to win Friday. It's not going to be easy but that's what we're looking for."
The Raptors nearly coughed up Game 5 despite building a lead that reached 26 points, but point guard Kyle Lowry chose to focus on the result rather than the journey. "We still won the game," Lowry said.
"At the end of the day, the 'W' still counts. It's a positive, we won the game. We learned from the things we did and we learn. We're winning the series right now and we have to go out and win another game."
They've already notched one win in Brooklyn already, and Lowry's outplayed Deron Williams. In this series the Nets have gone as Deron's gone-so far he has notched 15, 10 and 13 points in three Brooklyn losses while scoring 24 and 22, respectively, in wins.
