Here at Sports World News we will count down each NFL teams’ 2014 draft needs and perfect fits. At the end of every team we will make a pick on who the team could take at their position.

2013 Review: With the Josh Freeman and Greg Schiano feud, the Buccaneers were dead in the water from the very beginning. After all the controversy it turned out Schiano was in the right, but just couldn't go about it the right way or earn the respec tof his team. It’s night and day for the Bucs as Lovie Smith comes in and will establish a force of respect in the locker room from the first day. The Bucs could be a sleeper team in 2014.

Needs:
Quarterback:
Josh McCown is a very capable bandaid for the next stage of Tampa Bay quarterbacks, but the Bucs need a long term answer after McCown calls it quits. The Bucs don’t have to adress this need early or even this year, but if they like a guy they should jump all over it.

Wide Receiver: Vincent Jackson is the last man standing for the Bucs as they traded No. 2 receiver Mike Williams to the Bills in light of his latest off the field incident. The Bucs could use another receiver on the team and at No. 7 overall, receiver might be the call come draft day.

Middle Linebacker: Mason Foster wasn't very good in 2013 and Lovie Smith talked about upgrading the position in the offseason. Foster could still be the teams starter come September, but depth or a replacement is very easy to obtain in this draft.

Targets: Blake Bortles, QB, Central Florida
Johnny Manziel, QB, Texas A&M
Mike Evans, WR, Texas A&M
Greg Robinson, OT, Auburn

Best First Round Fit: Mike Evans, WR, Texas A&M
Evans is a copy of Jackson so adding him would just double the productivity of the passing game in theory. Evans is a big strong freak receiver who can get the hard yardage that others can't. Evans will eventually become the Bucs No. 1 receiver when Jackson starts to decline and settle into a second option role.
