The NFL Draft is little more than week away, but we have known this year's players for almost four months. Do we really know these players? Lets find out with scoring reports on the drafts’ top prospects

Player: Derek Carr

Summary: Carr is the younger brother of former No. 1 overall pick David Carr, but Derek should have a much better career. Carr hasn’t played the most elite talent in college, but on film has shown that his talent would have translated against better teams. Carr has skyrocketed up the draft boards since the end of the college season and is well on his way to being a top 20 pick.

Pros:
- Experienced
- Great decision making
- Smart
- Great footwork
- Pedigree

Cons:
- Takes too many hits
- Small hands
- No mobility

Pro Comparison: Carson Palmer
Carr won’t be a No. 1 overall pick, but he compares very much to Palmer. Palmer gets a bump from his college days because he went to USC and performed very well as opposed to Carr’s Fresno State. Palmer is having a up and down career, but has had a resurgence in his old age with the right coaching. Carr could end up being Palmer’s heir in Arizona and pick up rigth where he leaves off in the desert .

Perfect Fits: Arizona Cardinals, Cleveland Browns, Houston Texans
Carr has been rumored all over the first round, but the Cardinals make the most sense. Carson Palmer is getting older and it’s time for Bruce Arians to find his own guy to push the Cardinals forward. The Cardinals are in a win now situation so Carr could take a backseat until Palmer calls it a career, but the team will be his when that day comes.
