The WWE goes live at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis on Monday night for its final episode of RAW before Extreme Rules on Sunday in what promises to be a jam-packed go-home show for the company.

CM Punk returning to WWE at SummerSlam?

Daniel Bryan will return after he was taken out in storyline by Kane last week in order to go home and be with his family following the death of his father. The WWE has teased an apology from Stephanie McMahon to Bryan for Kane's actions, while there is sure to be some final buildup between Kane and Bryan leading into their WWE World Heavyweight Championship match at Extreme Rules.

With The Authority mixed up with The Shield and Daniel Bryan and with Triple H, Randy Orton and Batista reprising their group as Evolution, "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair is expected to be at RAW.

Matches confirmed for tonight's show include the finals of the WWE Intercontinental Championship No.1 contender's tournament pitting Wade Barrett against Rob Van Dam with the winner advancing to face Big E for the gold at Extreme Rules.

Extreme Rules matches, rumors and possible spoilers

Spoilers that leaked last week indicated that Barrett would win and go on to face Big E after Cesaro interferes and costs Van Dam the match. Following the interference, it will also set up a Triple Threat Match between Cesaro, Van Dam and Jack Swagger for Sunday as Swagger interfered to cost Cesaro his tournament match to RVD two weeks ago on RAW.

There will also be a WWE Tag Team Championship match on RAW as The Usos will defend their gold against Ryback and Curtis Axel. It was rumored that this match would take place at the pay-per-view on Sunday, so it's possible that something could be set up on RAW that would lead to this match happening again at Sunday's event.

Actor Hugh Jackman is slated to make an appearance on tonight's RAW as well. The WWE is teasing that Jackman and Dolph Ziggler will teach Damien Sandow about respect.

Aside from these storylines, the WWE will undoubtedly continue to build up the feud between Evolution and The Shield and the rivalry with John Cena and The Wyatt Family in some capacity.

This week's episode of Monday Night RAW takes place just six nights before Extreme Rules, and with WWE planning on getting extreme this Sunday tensions and storylines will be at an all-time high.
