NBA Commissioner Adam Silver may be forced to make a decision about the future of L.A. Clippers owner Donald Sterling without talking with the woman who made public a tape alleged to be in his voice where he admonishes her "not to bring blacks to his games."

According to TMZ Sports, attorneys for V. Stiviano have no intentions of allowing her to speak with Silver or any other league officials now urgently probing the matter. With his client currently facing a suit filed by Sterling's wife alleging she embezzled nearly $2 million from the family, the website adds lead attorney Mac Nehoray does not want her publicly speaking about the matter given the potential pending litigation.

Could Clippers boycott playoffs?

Meanwhile, everyone from four-time league MVP LeBron James to rap star and NBA superfan Lil Wayne are freely speaking about Sterling's rant, which also included personal missives aimed at NBA legend Magic Johnson.

"There's no room for Donald Sterling in the NBA," James told ESPN Saturday night before the two-time champion Miami Heat faced off against Michael Jordan's Charlotte Bobcats. "It doesn't matter, white, black or Hispanic, all across the races it's unacceptable... I believe in Adam Silver and I believe in the NBA and they have to do something very fast before this really gets out of hand."

Beyond cursing and berating Sterling, Wayne insisted to TMZ if he played for the Clippers he would quit.
