Today at 3:00 p.m., the St. Louis Blues and Chicago Blackhawks skate against each other in Game 6 of their Round 1 best-of-seven Stanley Cup Playoffs series live from the United Center in Chicago. Chicago looks to put the series away on home ice while St. Louis is looking to win its first game since Game 2 and tie up the series for a chance to clinch it in a Game 7 on home ice.

The Blues won the first two games of the series at home before the Blackhawks took three straight games to put St. Louis on the brink of elimination.

This series has been tight as four of the five games have gone to overtime.

The Blues have been led by Kevin Shattenkirk (1-4--5), Vladimir Tarasenko (4-0--4), while Chris Porter, Alex Pietrangelo, Barret Jackman and Jaden Schwartz each have one goal and two assists for three points.

Jonathan Toews (2-4--6), Patrick Kane (3-2--5), Brent Seabrook (2-2--4) and Brandon Saad (0-4--4) have paced the Blackhawks. Seabrook was suspended the last three games for his hit to Blues captain David Backes but will be able to return to the lineup today.

Corey Crawford will be in the net for Chicago after allowing 13 goas on 179 shots while Ryan Miller will man the crease for St. Louis after yileding 14 goals on 156 shots.

The Blues look to force a Game 7 while the Blackhawks try to win the series on home ice when the teams take the ice today for Game 5 in Chicago.
