Tonight at 9:30 p.m. ET, the Minnesota Wild and Colorado Avalanche skate against each other for Game 5 of their Stanley Cup Playoffs Round 1 series live from the Pepsi Center in Colorado. The game can be live streamed for free here. Minnesota fans can hear all of the action on WCCO 830 while Colorado fans can do the same on KRWZ 950.

Minnesota hopes to carry some momentum after winning both games at home to crawl out of a 2-0 hole and make this a best-of-three series while Colorado hopes that returning home will bring back its 'A' game after it dropped both games in Minnesota.

The Avalanche picked up a 5-4 overtime win in Game 1 and a 4-2 regulation win in Game 2 at home while the Wild roared back on their home ice with a 1-0 overtime Game 3 triumph and a 2-1 Game 4 victory.

The Wild have played great at home but haven't been able to notch a win at the Pepsi Center, something they'll have to do in order to win the series.

"We're going to have to win a game in their building. I would certainly like to make that be the next game," Wild coach Mike Yeo said per NHL.com.

The Avalanche know if they can continue to play well on home ice they'll win the series.

"We know that we're strong at home and we know that we play well at home in front of our fans in our building," Avalanche captain Gabriel Landeskog told NHL.com. "That's what [the Wild] did and now it's up to us to take care of business."

Landeskog is tied for the team lead with three goals and has three points while Paul Stastny also has three tallies while adding four helpers, tying him for the team-lead in points with seven as Calder Trophy candidate Nathan MacKinnon has also massed seven points off of a goal and six assists.

Zach Parise has yet to find the twine for the Wild but he leads the team with five points off of assists while Charlie Coyle has a team-best three goals for three points and Mikko Koivu also has three points off of three helpers.

Minnesota will likely stick with Darcy Kuemper in between the pipes after he won Games 2 and 3 to go 2-0 in the series while allowing one goal and turning aside 47 shots between the two games. He'll be opposed by Vezina Trophy finalist Semyon Varlamov, who has let up nine goals on 143 shots.

The Wild and Avalanche faceoff for Game 5 of their best-of-seven series when the puck drops at the Pepsi Center tonight in Colorado.
