WWE Monday Night Raw spoilers and preview for Monday 4/26/14 featuring a huge Ric Flair appearance to further The Shield vs. Evolution storyline on the Extreme Rules go home show. Also on Raw, Stephanie McMahon is supposed to apologize to Daniel Bryan for the attack by Kane last week, though we are still not 100% sure about Bryan's status for Raw following his father's death. WWE has also announced a title match that will happen live this Monday night, so let's take a look at the full preview below:
--Two-time WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair will be back on Monday Night Raw this week, not as a guest panelist or special legend's appearance, but to somehow get involved in the Evolution vs. The Shield storyline. While it is highly unlikely that Flair will rejoin Evolution in terms of traveling up and down the road on a full-time WWE schedule, his relationship with Triple H has been so strong on and off camera that The Nature Boy would surely do anything and everything to help one of his best friends.
That being said, Triple H could also be trotting out Ric Flair on Raw to set a trap for The Shield. I can see Hunter talking down to Flair at the beginning of Raw, saying "Evolution has passed him by," and the booking Flair vs. Evolution in a 3-on-1 handicap match. During that match, The Shield would surely come to Flair's defense, only for the Dirtiest Player in The Game to hit a low blow on one of them to begin a 4-on-3 attack to soften up The Shield before Extreme Rules.
Either way, this should be a pretty fun Raw with Flair as one of the centerpieces.
--Also on Raw, Stephanie McMahon is scheduled to apologize to Daniel Bryan for the attack by Kane that she spearheaded last week. Even if Daniel Bryan isn't live on Raw this week, I am sure Stephanie will have a great promo to sell the match between Bryan and Kane at Extreme Rules.
--In addition to all of the above, WWE.com announced that The Usos will face Ryback and Curtis Axel in a match for the Tag Team Titles. Rybaxel has been on a roll lately, but I don't see The Usos losing the belts so close to Extreme Rules.
--There will also be the final build to John Cena vs. Bray Wyatt in a Steel Cage Match at Extreme Rules, the Intercontinental Championship No. 1 Contender Tournament Finals between Bad News Barrett and RVD, and much more this Monday Night on Raw.
