WWE Divas Champion Paige was a guest for Michael Cole's sit-down interview series this week in Triple H's absence. Paige discussed beating AJ Lee on the Raw after WrestleMania 30, her time down in NXT, facing Tamina Snuka at Extreme Rules and more.

Below are some highlights from the conversation:

--Paige was sitting in for Triple H, who was "under the weather" - that was also pretty obvious on Raw this week during HHH's portion of the Evolution promo

--While she was overwhelmed when she won the Divas Championship from AJ Lee on the Raw after WrestleMania, she knows she is deserving of being Divas Champion.

--She should not be underestimated by anyone in the NXT or WWE locker rooms because she is on 21 years-old.

Top 5 challengers for Paige's Divas title

--While NXT is like a big family down at Full Sail University, when it comes to the WWE Divas on Raw and SmackDown, Paige says, "I now have a target on my back."

--On facing Tamina Snuka at Extreme Rules, Paige said she will leave the arena as the Divas Champion.

--She sees herself as a WWE Hall of Famer one day but will earn it every step of the way.

Those are some bold comments by Paige, but they are absolutely fitting considering she is the current Divas Champion and she should be brimming with confidence after being placed in such a high profile position in WWE.

Could WWE finally pull the trigger on a John Cena heel turn at Extreme Rules?

I also like that Paige has been given the chance to showcase her wrestling skills on Raw and SmackDown over the past few weeks as she prepares for Tamina at Extreme Rules. The general framework for Paige during her first few TV matches is that she is a little bit of an underdog despite being the new champion, which is an interesting position to be in. She usually gets beaten up for a few minutes but then fights back with some vicious offense of her own and Paige has demonstrated that she can successfully execute both her Paige Turner and Scorpion Cross Lock finishing moves.

At Extreme Rules, I'd love to see Paige really come into her own against Tamina as this will be her first WWE PPV event.

Like the Divas Champion herself, I have very high hopes for Paige in WWE.
