CM Punk hasn't been seen on WWE television since he walked out on the company in late January and he's been equally as absent on social media, not using his Twitter account since he departed the organization, however he used his official Twitter account for the first time recently.

Punk had tweeted on Jan. 26 the night of the Royal Rumble pay-per-view in what proved to be his final night with the company up to this point and his final tweet. Punk then walked out on the WWE prior to the following night's Monday Night RAW telecast and hasn't been seen on WWE television or Twitter since.
According to Wrestlingheadlines.com, Punk recently favorited a tweet from a fan that showed the fan's nephews dressed up as Punk and the recently deceased Ultimate Warrior in his first activity on the site since he walked out on the WWE.

Punk sent out his last tweet on Jan. 27:
Thanks for all the support. Keep being you guys, it's pretty cool.

Punk has been mum on his reasons for leaving and hasn't addressed his departure publicly. He made an appearance on AMC's Talking Dead show under his real name Phil Brooks to discuss that night's Walking Dead episode and has been spotted at Chicago Blackhawks games, but only those close to him know his side of the story.
The WWE hasn't said much about him on their programming other than having Paul Heyman address his absence during the March 3 RAW from Punk's hometown of Chicago and Heyman also referred to him on last week's RAW in a promo during the commercial break where he referenced Brock Lesnar ending The Undertaker's WrestleMania streak and that "another Paul Heyman guy" couldn't do it.
Punk not showing up for the Chicago RAW appeared to be the last straw for the WWE as the company grew frustrated over the fact that he wouldn't talk to officials and work things out. The speculated reason for Punk's departure is the fact that he was burned out from traveling, in constant pain from competing and frustrated with the way the company had booked him.
Punk still hasn't officially tweeted or talked about anything, but the fact that he actually used Twitter for the first time could mean that he may be ready to return to the public eye soon, but possibly not until his WWE contract officially expires in July.
