Rookie Dion Waiters led the Cavaliers to a 103-92 victory over the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday. Waiters scored a team high 23-points for Cleveland in the team's 20th win of the season.

Fellow rookie Tristan Thompson chipped in 14-points of his own, while veteran Shaun Livingston added 15. The scoring performances couldn't have come at a better time as Cleveland was once again without superstar point guard, Kyrie Irving, for the second consecutive game due to a knee injury.

Despite Irving's injury, the Cavs have one two straight games without their star guard. Cleveland defeated the Bulls before Wednesday night's romp of the Raptors.

DeMar DeRozan and Rudy Gay proved to be the only bright spots for Toronto on Wednesday, with Derozan scoring a game-high 34 and Gay adding 24. However, the Raptors bench only accomidated for a total of 8 points between Landry Fields and Alan Anderson.

Cleveland currently sits in the 12th seed in the Eastern conference with a 20-38 record. Toronto is currently 23-35 at the 10th seed, trailing Milwaukee by six games for the final playoff spot in the East.
