There is some bad news for TNA Impact Wrestling on the ratings front especially with all of the rumors and speculation that TNA is in trouble and could go out of business if their Spike TV contract is not renewed.

According to reports, the TNA ratings for Impact Wrestling Thursday 4/17/14 were so low that it knocked TNA out of the Top 100 shows on cable for the coveted 18-49 demographic. As TNA builds to the TNA Sacrifice PPV Sunday 4/27/14, let's hope they have some better ratings news next week.

As for the product itself, TNA Impact featured more insanity with Jeff Hardy as Willow, Kurt Angle made his return to Impact, and the TNA Sacrifice PPV card has been fleshed out.

Here is a look at this week's action on TNA Impact Wrestling featuring Willow, Kurt Angle's return, Ethan Carter III and Rockstar Spud, followed by the updated match listings for TNA Sacrifice, courtesy of PWTorch.com:

--TNA World Heavyweight Championship match: Eric Young (c) vs. Magnus

--Tables match: Bobby Roode vs. Bully Ray

--Kurt Angle and Willow/Jeff Hardy vs. Ethan Carter III and Rockstar Spud

--I Quit match: James Storm vs. Gunner

--Knockouts Title match: Madison Rayne (c) vs. Angelina Love

--X Title match: Sanada (c) vs. Tigre Uno in Match #3 of their Best of 3 series

--Mr. Anderson vs. Samuel Shaw in a "Committed match"

Stone Cold vs. Brock Lesnar rumors explode after Paul Heyman interview on Steve Austin podcast

This is actually a pretty solid card filled with matches that make sense in the landscape of current TNA Impact Wrestling storylines, so I am hoping that TNA delivers on ratings next week for the go home show and that the TNA Sacrifice PPV properly showcases their talent.
