Since even before his Monday Night Raw debut, WWE's Bray Wyatt has been telling us he's a creature like no other. He is the "Eater of Worlds" who wants us to "Follow the Buzzards" and now he creepily sings to us, "He's got the whole world in his hands."
And whether Bray Wyatt and the Wyatt Family are taking on Daniel Bryan at the Royal Rumble, dominating the Big Show on SmackDown or going to the WWE Extreme Rules PPV to engage in a grudge match against WWE's measuring stick John Cena, one thing is for certain; No matter if he is completely insane or a mad genius, Bray Wyatt has arrived in WWE, and he wants our attention.
He certainly has mine.
Meanwhile, over at TNA , Willow has become one of my favorite parts of the show every week. TNA's Willow is Jeff Hardy's crazy alter ego, and the fact that the folks over at Impact Wrestling are seemingly giving Hardy free reign over his Willow creation is either a brilliant move or a horrible mistake.
JR questions if fans know heels from faces anymore [VIDEO]
Like Bray Wyatt, TNA's Willow likes to sing in his promos, and so far he has been pretty successful on Impact as he seeks revenge against Dixie Carter's former minions who constantly attacked Jeff Hardy before he became Willow.
Willow is slated to face Dixie Carter's nephew Ethan Carter III (EC3) and his partner, the diminutive Rockstar Spud on Impact, and this match comes off the heels of EC3 and Rockstar Spud actually trying to track Willow down in The Walking Dead-inspired backwoods area where he resides.
The jury is still out for me on Willow, and so if I had to make decision as to who is winning the battle between Bray Wyatt and Jeff Hardy's alternate persona, I must give the nod to Wyatt. That probably comes as no surprise since WWE usually wins out over TNA Impact, but it also comes down to the fact that the Wyatts have been carefully developed and strongly booked, whereas Willow seems to be more improvisational and likely just a flash in the pan in TNA-land.
