Hibbert Ejected; Five Players Receive Technicals in Warriors-Pacers Fight

Tuesday night's matchup between the Golden State Warriors and the Indiana Pacers seemed more like Wrestlemania than an NBA regular season game. Five players were involved in a skirmish between the two teams that spilled into the seats behind the baseline.

With 6:10 remaining, Indiana's Roy Hibbert and Golden State's David Lee exchanged shoves following a missed shot. Players on both sides attempted to get between the two, including Warriors superstar Stephen Curry, who was shoved out of the way by the much larger Hibbert.

Hibbert was ejected for his role in the altercation. Lee, Curry, and Klay Thompson all received technicals, along with Indiana forward David West.

This isn't the first time the Pacers were involved in a fight that broke into the crowd. In 2004, the Pacers found themselves in a skirmish the incident now known as the "Brawl at Auburn Hills", which saw then-Ron Artest (now Metta World Peace) make his way through the crowd and attack a fan.

However, Tuesday night's altercation seems tame by comparison as no one was seriously harmed and the game continued. Following the scuffle, the Pacers went on to defeat Golden State, 108-97.
