CM Punk is apparently done with the WWE, but it appears he's gearing up to serve as a guest star on another television show while his fiancé and former WWE Divas Champion A.J. Lee and the rest of the WWE Divas had some controversy when the finish to their WrestleMania XXX match didn't go as planned.

WWE sold new CM Punk merchandise at WrestleMania XXX

According to Wrestlingheadlines.com, Punk is being advertised for a guest starring role on the IFC show Maron with comedian Mark Maron. It's unknown when Punk will appear on the show, but the new season begins in May.

This will mark Punk's second television appearance since storming out on the WWE in January as he appeared last month on the AMC show Talking Dead which follows the ratings-hit zombie drama The Walking Dead on Sunday nights.

Punk was unhappy with his use in the WWE as his contract was set to expire in July. He was also displeased with his role of facing Triple H at WrestleMania XXX rather than main eventing like he wanted to.

Due to growing frustration, the "Best in the World" walked out on the company hours before the Jan. 27 Monday Night RAW live telecast.

Punk hasn't appeared in the WWE since and looks to be done with the company, though the WWE continues to sell his merchandise despite trying to distance themselves from him since he didn't come to the Chicago RAW on March 3 from his hometown to sort out his issues with the company while he flew to Los Angeles to appear on Talking Dead.

Punk's departure led to Daniel Bryan taking over in the match with Triple H and then going on to win the World Heavyweight Championship in the main event, with a stipulation which was reportedly planned as a "middle finger" to Punk.

He's kept plenty busy, appearing on both T.V. shows and then getting engaged to Lee while he was also seen at a Chicago Blackhawks game.

Lee was in the 14-Diva Vickie Guerrero one-fall Invitational at WrestleMania XXX this past Sunday at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, and apparently the finish didn't go as planned. Wrestlingheadlines.com reports that Lee was supposed to take Naomi's hand and make her tap out with it while she had her in the Black Widow, but Naomi ended up tapping out on her own.

The original plan was supposed to lead to a rematch with the two on future programming. Lee ended up losing her title to WWE NXT Diva Paige on Monday's RAW, and it's unknown whether or not she was punished for Punk's transgressions or even for the botched finish.

Punk and Lee are slated to move in together in Chicago soon, while the Diva continues to wrestle for the company and Punk remains on the sidelines, apparently enjoying his free time.
