BRAVES vs NATIONALS Watch Live Stream Online & Listen: Nats Home Opener from Washington

Today at 1:10 p.m. ET, the Atlanta Braves (2-1) and Washington Nationals (3-0) take the field at Nationals Park in Washington, D.C. to kick-off their three game series. The game can be live streamed here. Atlanta fans can hear all of the action on WCNN 680 while Washington fans can do the same on WFED 1500.

The Nationals are coming off of a three-game sweep over the New York Mets to open up the season entering their home opener while the Braves took two out of three from the Brewers to kick off their 2014 campaign.

David Hale will toe the rubber for the Braves in the rookie's third career start while Jordan Zimmerman will take the hill for the Nationals after being scratched from his start against the Mets Thursday due to flu-like symptoms. Zimmerman went 19-9 in 2013 with a 3.25 ERA.

The Braves beat the Nationals five times in five meetings last April en route to winning their first NL East Division crown since 2005. The Nats are looking to avoid a slow start against Atlanta this season in order to eventually collect their second NL East title in three years.

Atlanta is coming off of a 1-0 win in the series finale against the Brewers on Wednesday that saw Craig Kimbrel notch his 141st career save which ranked him tied for second all-time in Braves history for saves.

Washington phenom Bryce Harper has been moved around the lineup thus far this season, batting as low as sixth on Wednesday before hitting second in the lineup on Thursday.

"I think it takes a little pressure of off Bryce," said Washington manager Matt Williams of moving Harper down in the order via MLB.com.

Fellow Nats outfielder Jayson Werth will look to build off of a strong series against the Mets that saw him hit .462 (6-for-13) with a double, an RBI and three runs scored.

Two of the top teams in the NL East go head-to-head when the Nationals and Braves take the field for the Nats home opener in Washington, D.C. this afternoon.
