The Dallas Cowboys are still enforcing a strict set of guidelines for star receiver Dez Bryant that include no alcohol, a midnight curfew and him needing the permission of owner Jerry Jones in order to visit a strip club.

According to SI.com, the 25-year-old Bryant must also attend counseling sessions at least twice a week and have security detail with him at all times. The Cowboys put the rules in place in 2012 after Bryant experienced several off-the-field meltdowns, including an arrest for domestic abuse and being sued for an unpaid jewelry bill on nearly $1 million.

Dez Bryant disagrees with Jerry Jones

Cowboys owner/general manager Jerry Jones admitted to reporters the rules are still in place during the recent NFL owners meetings in Orlando. In the end, the rules seemed to have worked well for Bryant, with the four-year receiver enjoying his two best pro seasons since the guidelines were instituted.

Brown had 93 catches last season for 1,233 yards and 13 touchdowns. In 2012, he hauled in 92 passes, good for 1,382 yards and 12 touchdowns. What's more Bryant has suffered any of the behavioral lapses that were starting to mar his career.
