Houston Texans running back Arian Foster has made it blatantly clear he is no fan of the NCAA on multiple occasions, but when asked about March Madness Foster fired an answer that is chillingly true.

Foster has admitted to committing violations while at Tennessee and has been an advocate against the way the NCAA does their business. This story is much like when Foster called the NCAA “big bullies” and now he is sounding off on the college sports organization again.
Rule Changes Coming to the NFL?
Needless to say, Foster most likely isn’t filling out a bracket for the $1 billion as he looks to get healthy for the 2014 football season. Running mate Ben Tate signed with the Cleveland Browns recently so Foster looks to command that backfield by himself while faces criticism about the stability of his body going forward.
