Klay Thompson's career-high 32 points helped the Golden State Warriors to post a 108-95 victory over the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Severely depleted without the injured Stephen Curry, Andrew Bogut, Harrison Barnes and Carl Landry, Golden State did not let it bother them, as they made 45 out of 84 attempts from the field to go with 39 rebounds, while putting in a commanding performance.

The Cavaliers made only 36-of-84 from the floor while landing 36 rebounds in the game.

The Warriors and the Cavaliers scored 23 points apiece in the first quarter, but Golden State took control of the game in the second quarter by outshining Cleveland 32-21. The Warriors entered the second half with an 11-point lead.

"No matter who is out there, we're still going to play Warriors basketball," David Lee said. "We could have mailed it in on the last game of a road trip, but everybody stepped up with a bunch of guys out."

Golden Stated completed their four-game road trip with a second straight victory. They had beaten Toronto Monday.

"That's a big-time win," the Associated Press quoted Golden State coach Mark Jackson as saying. "That's a statement game for us.

"I'm extremely proud of my guys. It would've been very easy to chalk one up (a loss) because we were short-handed, but I challenged them -- and they stepped up."

For the Warriors, Jarrett Jack scored 26 points and grabbed 12 assists, while Lee finished with 20 points.

"I had to channel my inner Stephen Curry tonight," Jack said about his performance.

For the Cavaliers, Tristan Thompson and Dion Waiters scored 18 points apiece, while Tyler Zeller had 16. Kyrie Irving added 14, Marreese Speights 12 and C.J. Miles finished with 10. Thompson also chipped in 11 rebounds against the Warriors.

Thompson hit a pair of 3-pointers and added 12 points in the third quarter to help the Warriors further extend their lead to 84-68.

Cleveland cut the Warriors' lead to 97-89 with only three minutes remaining in the fourth quarter, but then Jack made a 3-pointer and another basket to take the lead to 102-89. Eventually, the Cavaliers outscored the Warriors 27-24 in the final quarter but still lost the game by a 13-point margin.
