The Sports World News free agency primer continues until free agency starts on March 11th. Secondary is the deepest class of this free agency. Whether you are a big spender or a team looking for a cheaper alternative, this class is for you. The top three at the positions and predictions:

Who has the best odds to land Revis?

Cornerback: So many names and so much money to be spent. One domino will start the ripple effect.

1) Vontae Davis: Davis is a steal the Colts got from the Dolphins and now have the option to secure him. Davis has generated plenty of interest, but the Colts can offer him as much as anyone. When push comes to shove, Davis and the Colts will be happy together.
Prediction: Colts

2) Alterraun Verner: 25 years old and coming off a Pro Bowl season, it must be nice to be Verner. The Titans turned down the option to franchise tag him and now he is unlikely to return. Verner will command top dollar and is one of the more underrated players in free agency. He will make an impact in the right scheme and the right scheme could be with Jeff Fisher, a guy who knows the Titans pretty well.
Prediction: Rams

3) Darrelle Revis: Revis has not been officially released by the Buccaneers yet, but with reports that Revis will not restructure his contract in Tampa Bay or any trade partner, its a matter of time before he hits the market. Revis will get nothing close to the contract he got in Tampa Bay and will now have to live life post Revis Island. He is still an above average corner and could be higher on other rankings. Revis to Cleveland makes sense on so many levels, especially with Joe Haden and his former defensive coordinator Mike Pettine as head coach.
Prediction: Browns

Bonus: Captain Munnerlyn: Jets Antonio Cromartie: Patriots
Aqib Talib: Redskins Walter Thurmond: Titans
Champ Bailey: Eagles Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie: Broncos

Safety: Just as stacked as corner. Around 4PM watch the fireworks fly and musical chairs will begin.

1) Jairus Byrd: Byrd is the top player in this free agent class and, like the top player, he will sign relatively quickly. The Browns had T.J. Ward and will let him walk in favor of one of the few safeties that would be an upgrade to him. Byrd is open to returning to Buffalo, but once he sees the money of free agency he will sing a different tune.
Prediction: Browns

2) T.J. Ward: Ward benefits from the market that Byrd will likely create. He can sit back and ask for slightly less than Byrd gets and land. The Broncos cut Champ Bailey, who was likely moving to safety, so Ward can step right in and be a major upgrade for the AFC champs.
Prediction: Broncos

3) Donte Whitner: Whitner or Hitner it doesn't matter right now. He is the third ranked safety and is an absolute bruiser in the run defense. He will find a great market looking for his services and will get all the old deals that failed to land Ward. Another player that can sit back and wait for the offers to come in.
Prediction: Eagles
