MANCHESTER CITY vs. WIGAN ATHLETIC Watch Live Stream Online: 2014 FA Cup, Live Coverage From Manchester, Projected Lineups and TACTICAL PREVIEW

Two clubs in different divisions of the English pyramid will do battle today in a cup match between Manchester City and Wigan Athletic. The FA Cup battle scheduled for 12:05 p.m. ET will be held at Etihad Stadium in Manchester and can be live streamed here.

For Manchester City, today’s battle signifies the quest for the illustrious treble. The first pillar to fall in that regard came in a 3-1 undressing of Sunderland in the Capital One Cup final. After falling behind early in the first half, City responded with a flurry of goals in the second half. A strike from the heavens—which came off the foot of midfielder YaYa Toure—opened the floodgates for Manchester. Samir Nasri and Jesus Navas would eventually close the casket.

The chase for the treble, however, isn’t the only narrative at play here.

Despite being relegated to the English Championship, Wigan Athletic exited the Premier League in shocking fashion. A stunning upset in the 2013 FA Cup final saw Wigan take down the mighty Manchester 1-0. They’ll look to put on a repeat performance at the Etihad.
