Even as he remains at the center of a raging debate over who might be the top-pick in this year's NBA Draft, Duke freshman star forward Jabari Parker insists ultimately more will go into the decision than many now seem to be considering.

For starters, the 19-year-old Parker insists he isn't even sure if he will make himself eligible for this year's draft, maintaining that one year under coach Mike Krzyzewski's tutelage might not be enough in getting him closer to the player he eventually wants to be.

"If I feel like there are things I could improve on or things I left, like during the season, then I will probably come back," Parker told Sports Illustrated. "Saying that I didn't give it my all and that I have regrets, because I owe the program so much. A deciding factor is where I'm going to grow the most, whether it's in the NBA or even in college, the learning experience that I need as far as growing as a basketball player."

Most draft experts have Parker as a consensus top-three pick should he declare for the draft this season, with the analysis being largely based on the dominant season he's had for the Blue Devils in leading the ACC in rebounding and ranking second in scoring.
