Richie Incognito Jonathan Martin investigation findings: Ted Wells report [DOWNLOAD] rules Incognito, Mike Pouncey bullied Martin, Dolphins trainer

As the Miami Dolphins saga with the Richie Incognito and Jonathan Martin bullying scandal took yet another twist on Wednesday with Incognito going on a Twitter rant, there has been some light shed on the rant as the Ted Wells report that looked into the Dolphins workplace environment has been released, according to sources.

According to Daniel Kaplan of the Sports Business Journal, the 148-page report on NFLDolphinsreport.com concludes that, "Three starters on the Dolphins offensive line [Richie Incognito, John Jerry and Mike Pouncey] engaged in a pattern of harassment directed at not only Jonathan Martin, but also another young Dolphins offensive lineman and an assistant trainer."

The report also "rejects any suggestions that Martin manufactured claims of abuse after the fact to cover up an impetuous decision to leave the team."

The report said that Martin was taunted on a consistent basis by his teammates with vulgar and rude language directed towards him, his mother and his sister, and he and the trainer were both victims of racial slurs and homophobic remarks.

Incognito was suspended on Nov. 3 for the alleged claims of Martin that he was bullied by him, and after publically apologizing, Incognito took to Twitter to share his thoughts on Martin in a series of cryptic tweets on Wednesday that could have been seen as a form of cyber bullying by some.

Incognito mentioned a conversation he had with Martin where Martin said he wanted to kill himself for playing poorly.

"FACT: Jonathan Martin told me he thought about taking his own life in MAY 2013 b/c he wasn't playing well. Told me he felt worthless," Incognito tweeted from his verified @68INCOGNITO account.

He started off the rant by telling Martin that the truth was going to "bury him."

"Dear Jon Martin..... The truth is going to bury you and your entire "camp". You could have told the truth the entire time."

He added: "Jon Martin---you started all of this when Kenny Zuckerman released the [voicemail] to ESPN. The same VM we joked about with @brianhartline."

The NFL released a statement on the Wells report via Sports Business Journal:

"Our office has received the report of independent counsel Ted Wells, which sets forth the findings of his investigation into the workplace environment at the Miami Dolphins. Consistent with our commitment at the outset of this matter, the full report has been transmitted to our clubs and has been made public. We appreciate the work of Ted Wells and his colleagues and the cooperation of the Miami Dolphins organization in the investigation. After we have had an opportunity to review the report, we will have further comment as appropriate."

It remains to be seen what will happen with Martin and Incognito in the future and if they'll play in the NFL ever again.
