Manny Pacquiao wants nothing more than to fight Floyd Mayeather Jr. these days, to the point where he's willing to take him on for free. That is likely an empty challenge, but his desire for the pound-for-pound king is evident.

"I'm not desperate to fight him just for the sake of money or material things. I'm not the one seeking this fight; rather it's the boxing fans all over the world," Pacquiao said.

"Above all, I challenge him to include in our fight contract that both of us will not receive anything out of this fight. We will donate all the proceeds from the fight-guaranteed prize, should there be any, gate receipts, pay-per-view and endorsements-to charities around the world."

Mayweather Jr. has repeatedly said that unless Pacquiao ditches Top Rank and Bob Arum though, the fight's not happening. Because of this, Pacman's choices have been narrowed to a rematch with Timothy Bradley, or a fight with Ruslan Provodnikov, with whom he shares trainer Freddie Roach.

According to the Manila Bulletin, Pacquiao and his camp have decided on a rematch with Bradley, who controversially beat him via split decision in 2012. In the Bulletin's story, Nick Giongco writes, "The stage is set for Manny Pacquiao and Tim Bradley to settle their unfinished business on April 12 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas," citing an industry source.

The 2012 win was, and likely still is, the biggest win of Bradley's undefeated career. The rematch would be equally important to him as Pacquiao; Bradley could truly cement his status as the No. 3 pound-for-pound fighter in the world, while an impressive Pacquiao win would prove he is actually a contender for Floyd's pound-for-pound crown again.

Following his loss to Bradley the first time, a dismayed Pacquiao told ESPN.com's Dan Rafael "I did my best, but I guess my best wasn't good enough. I've been watching his fight tapes. There were no surprises. He never hurt me with his punches. Most of them hit my arms. I don't know what happened."
