Arian Foster Charges Pregnant Mistress With Extortion, Sues For Defamation [VIDEO]

Arian Foster is suing the woman reported to be pregnant with his child, charging she attempted to extort him by concocting a "calculated scheme" where she alleges he and his brother tried to force her into having an abortion.

According to TMZ.com, the Houston Texans star running back claims he has proof to back up his claims against Brittany Norwood, including texts messages and a legal recording of a conversation he had with her where she admits all of her allegations are unfounded.

TMZ adds in one recording the website has obtained, where it is alleged to be Norwood's voice, a woman can be overheard stating "I never once said that you told me to get an abortion" and "I was never in fear of my life around you."

In the suit filed in Texas, Foster further asserts "Norwood has engaged in a campaign to impugn" his character and reputation "with the intent to extort monies from him."

Foster is asking the judge for unspecified damages , including having all his legal costs paid by Norwood.

TMZ previously reported the 18 weeks Norwood has already sued Foster and is seeking child support and a restraining against him and other family members.
