Anderson Silva Broken Leg Update: 'Spider's Recovery Promising, Tells Dana White He Wants To Come Back [VIDEO]

Anderson Silva is looking a lot better than the last time he did in public.

USA TODAY's For the Win reported that UFC president Dana White went to visit Silva at the MMA fighter's home in Redondo Beach, Calif., and shared some photos of Silva, who is recovering from a horrific broken left leg that he suffered in UFC 168 against Chris Weidman for the UFC middleweight title.

White tweeted, "Visiting @spiderandersonsilva he is dong AMAZING" and "Leg is healing fast, he will be walking without crutches in 30 days @spideranderson"

According to For the Win, Silva's fighting future in the octagon still has not yet been determined, but one of his managers, Jorge Guimaraes, told MMAJunkie.com that he is pleased with Silva's recovery process.

Guimaraes said the he and Ed Soares, Silva's other manager, believe that Silva wants to return so that his last performance in which the gruesome injury occurred isn't the last memory of his fighting career.

"I feel that positive vibe on him, and that's what makes me believe he's going to come back even stronger," Guimaraes said.

Guimaraes added that Silva, who lost back-to-back matches for the first time during his 17-year MMA career, begins physical therapy next week, and he will this week get his stitches removed from a surgery he had the night he broke his leg.

Silva is 33-6 in his MMA career and 16-2 UFC. White told FOX Sports that Silva wants to return to fighting.

"He's looking at coming back," said White, who advised Silva that they would talk again in about six or seven months.
