The upcoming 2014 NFL Draft is believed to be very quarterback-heavy, but South Carolina defensive lineman Jadeveon Clowney has an opportunity today at 1:00 p.m. ET to remind NFL executives who entered the year as the consensus top pick. Clowney will lead the No. 9-ranked South Carolina Gamecocks (10-2, 6-2 SEC) against the No. 19 Wisconsin Badgers (9-3, 6-2 Big Ten) in the Captial One Bowl coming live from ABC. Live stream the game free here; Gamecocks fans can follow the action on the radio by tuning in to WNKT-FM 107.5 FM, while Badgers fans can listen in on 1310 WIBA.

The Badgers had their hearts set on a Rose Bowl berth this year, but said they're refusing to let that disappointment affect them in the Capital One Bowl. "We're not taking this game lightly at all," Wisconsin safety Dez Southward said.

"This is an enormous game. Just because it's not the Rose Bowl, just because it's not a BCS bowl game, it doesn't mean the opponent is not the same caliber. That's the case with South Carolina. They're above and beyond almost anybody we've played this year."

South Carolina also had expectations of a BCS Bowl appearance, especially with a monster like Clowney in the fold, but head coach Steve Spurrier has no regrets about the Gamecocks' performance this season. "It's pretty neat to go 10-2 with this team that was called the youngest team in America," Spurrier said. "These guys may have achieved the most for such a young bunch of guys that haven't played all that much."

Wisconsin is an interesting team to face, preferring to pound the rock in an increasingly pass-happy landscape. They scored 35 points a week in 2013, and their defense only gave up 14 a game. Wisconsin is throwing two 1,000-yard rushers at Spurrier's defense.

"They can run the ball pretty well," Clowney told the school's official website. "They'll try to pound it at us. We've got to be ready to stop the run. I think they pass the ball a lot more than you expect. They do a lot of play-action pass."
