Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green continues to take shots at Phoenix Suns center Jusuf Nurkic amid their heated personal rivalry.

The four-time NBA champion appeared on the TNT show "Inside the NBA" on Monday, May 13, during the league's slate of playoff games for the day, alongside hosts Charles Barkley, Shaquille O'Neal, Kenny Smith, and Ernie Johnson.

Barkley discussed how the Minnesota Timberwolves played well in their first-round series against the Phoenix Suns, and Green suggested that it was because the Suns lacked a big man.

The 7-foot Nurkic is the Suns' only true center on their roster, and he played in all four of the Suns' playoff games this year as they were swept by the Timberwolves, averaging 25.9 minutes per game.

"The Suns have no big man... KD [Kevin Durant is] the Suns big man. They got no big man," the 34-year-told told the show, much to the amusement of his co-hosts.

Draymond Green and Jusuf Nurkic's heated past

The tension between the two escalated during a regular-season matchup between the Warriors and the Suns last December 2023 when Green violently swung his arm, striking Nurkic on the head, resulting in Green's indefinite suspension.

Their rivalry flared up again during a game in February 2024, with both players engaging in verbal sparring and exchanging taunts throughout the game.

Nurkic also took jabs at the Warriors, mocking their loss at the play-in tournament and their absence from the 2024 NBA Playoffs.
