The 2023-2024 Premier League table is the closest in eight years, with almost five teams vying for the title.

Liverpool, Manchester City, and Arsenal are separated by less than a game in the Top 3, with fourth-place Aston Villa also within shouting distance.

The Reds are ahead with 51 points after 23 games. Manchester City have 49 points with one more game to play. Arsenal has an identical number of points to City, while Aston Villa has 46 points.

Given the unpredictability of the Premier League, Tottenham Hotspur is also in contention for fifth place with 46 points.

The last round made the race more exciting after Arsenal defeated Liverpool, 3-1, to shorten the gap that separates them.

Manchester City continue their streak by recording their eighth straight win, three of them in the Premier League, after beating Brentford 1-3.

Anything could change fast in the Premier League race. In one blink, you might miss something.

Here are the top matches to watch out for from Round 24 onwards. The results of these matches have huge implications for the standings.

They haven't had relative success in the past seasons, but against City, they can still pull off a win, with the last one in January of 2023 in the Premier League.

Reds and Gunners will be in a rare occurrence where they cheer for Manchester United's success.

2. Liverpool vs Manchester City - March 10 at 12:30 PM GMT

If Liverpool wins, they will be able to create a cushion between them and Pep Guardiola's squad. If City wins, assuming they also win the one game they're still missing, they could sink the Reds.

3. Manchester City vs Arsenal - March 31 at 4:30 PM GMT

This game was re-arranged to accommodate the Gunners' FA Cup assignments.

Manager Mikel Arteta's squad needs the win here more than the City.

They squandered three chances to remain at the top of the table by giving up three points to teams they have no business losing.

So now, every game is a must-win. They are undefeated against City in their last two meetings.

4. Tottenham vs Manchester City - April 20 at 14:00 GMT

The Spurs could play a spoiler role in the title race.

They've had great outings against the most dominant English club in the past five seasons.

They are 1-1-1 in the Premier League and 2-1-2 in their last give.

5. North London Derby - April 27 at 14:00 GMT

Arsenal and Tottenham are two clubs who definitely don't like each other.

Their Round 35 meeting adds more spice to their rivalry as they aim to solidify their finish and Top 4 campaign to ensure a Champions League spot.

6. Liverpool vs Tottenham Hotspur - May 4 at 14:00 GMT

These two clubs have provided some of the most iconic and exciting matches in history.

Like Arsenal, the Hotspur are in a tougher situation as there is no room for them to commit mistakes.

They must play a perfect game each round to stay in contention. One of the most challenging tasks is on May 4 against Liverpool.

Even if Tottenham lose some of their matches before this, Liverpool must still treat it as one of their more important assignments, as losing against Hotspur will see their title hopes fade away.
