The Portland Trail Blazers' Damian Lillard trade rumors are still up in the air, and several NBA general managers are not expecting the All-Star guard to be there on Monday, October 3.

"I also hear from those same GMs that they don't expect [Damian Lillard] to end up being in Portland on Media Day on Monday. They think he'll be gone," Marc J. Spears of ESPN stated when he appeared on NBA Today.

The seven-time All-Star remains adamant in his preference to be shipped to the Miami Heat. Nothing has come close to happening with the South Beach squad waiting to see if the Trail Blazers can truly send Lillard to another team, SI.com reported.

However, several teams are reportedly interested in the 33-year-old guard even if risks are involved. The latest team to be linked to Lillard is the Toronto Raptors, Michael Grange of Sportsnet revealed.

The Raptors are allegedly interested and could offer a trade package headed by O.G. Anunoby and the draft capital that the Blazers are looking for.

But even if that happens, the Raptors or any team that he could be traded to may inherit the same problem as the Trail Blazers at the moment, Bleacher Report suggested.

The 2013 NBA Rookie of the Year could still want out, a risk that complicated the interest of other teams in Damian Lillard.

There is still time to spare to see a Damian Lillard trade go down, but the patience of the Trail Blazers' management could be thinning.
