Aaron Rodgers of the New York Jets knows what winning is all about, especially in college football. Like many others, the 39-year-old NFL player is impressed by what the Colorado Buffaloes have done this season.

The Colorado Buffaloes have been rolling heads in the past weeks under the tutelage of head coach Deion Sanders.

Rodgers acknowledged that and admitted he has now become a fan of Sanders and the surging Buffaloes when he spoke on the Pat McAfee Show on Friday, September 15, via ESPN College Football.

"If there's a lot of crows pecking and a lot of people s- talking, you must be doing something right. He shut up the team that was in the national championship [TCU] in week one, and then somebody said something in week two and he shut [Nebraska] up, and somebody said something in week three, and they're about to shut them up, too," Rodgers stated via SI.com.

Who's next for the Buffaloes?

The Buffaloes take the field this weekend, taking on the Colorado State Rams.

Rams coach Jay Norvell took a swipe at Deion Sanders' antics, comments that most feel was a way to attract some attention.

As far as the 56-year-old Buffaloes coach is concerned, this was out of line, and things just got personal. Sanders gave his take on Norvell's comments via NFL reporter Air Meirov.

"It was just gonna be a good game, but they done messed around and made it ... PERSONAL," Coach Prime said.

The Colorado Buffaloes are 23.5 favorites in the Rocky Mountain Showdown against the Colorado State Rams on Saturday at the Folsom Field, with kick-off set for 10:00 p.m. E.T. via CBS Sports.
