It's now Day 10 of this year's Summer Games, and Team USA female athletes are once again taking center stage in the Tokyo Olympics. Leading the American charge today is the women's soccer team, looking to seal a spot in the gold medal match.

Also taking place today are the round of 16 matches of Team USA in the beach volleyball competitions. The United States can also bag a gold medal in track and field with Keni Harrison competing in the women's 100-meter hurdles. An Olympic title is also at stake for Team USA in wrestling, with Adeline Gray competing in the final.

Team USA to face Canada in women's soccer semifinals

After a shaky start to the tournament in the group stage, Team USA bounced back with a vengeance in the quarterfinals, knocking out the Netherlands in a dramatic penalty shootout win.

Alyssa Naeher stepped up big time for the Americans, saving a total of three penalties, while Megan Rapinoe delivered the winning spot kick for USWNT, who will next face Canada in the semifinals. The match starts at 4 a.m. ET and can be seen live on USA Network.

Track and field action also resumes on Day 10 with all eyes on American Keni Harrison in the opening session. Harrison has been the athlete to beat in the women's 100-meter hurdles ever since she posted a world record time in this event back in 2016.

She will look to become the first world record holder to win an Olympic gold medal in the event in 33 years when she competes in the final in her Summer Games debut. The race starts at 8 p.m. ET and can be seen live on NBC's streaming service Peacock.

Apart from the women's 100-meter hurdles, several finals events will also be contested in track and field on Day 10, the men's 3000-meter steeplechase, women's 5000-meter race, men's long jump and women's discus throw.
