Jose Canseco Goats [VIDEO]: Canseco Pulled Over By Cops, Goats Wearing Diapers Found In Car? [PHOTO]

In the latest Twitter gaffe involving retired MLB slugger Jose Canseco, the former outfielder and designated hitter tweeted Wednesday that he had been pulled over by Nevada police on while having goats in the back of his car. Adding to the bizarre series of tweets that recounted the story was Canseco's admittance that the goats were also wearing diapers.

According to UPI.com, Canseco and his girlfriend had gone on a road trip to buy some goats for an upcoming "fainting goat adventure documentary," the slugger described in his tweets involving the fiasco. Canseco noted on his personal Twitter account that after the cop pulled him over and saw the goat wearing diapers, the officer laughed:

Sadly enough, there was also a reason for the goats wearing diapers, according to Canseco on the social media site. "Yes everyone my girlfriend Leila &I @ModelLeila bought fainting goats & they were in the car w/diapers so they don't piss and sh** everywhere," he explained on Twitter.

Canseco's girlfriend, Leila Knight, spoke to The Toronto Star about the couple's misadventures with the goat in a way to explain why the couple purchased goats and put them in diapers.

"We bought fainting goats ... because we both love animals and he really wanted to get some goats," she said of their new pets, named "Coco" and "Chanel," according to The Toronto Star.

Knight then went on to talk about the documentary and the reported high demand for it.

"We've documented the whole thing and I think we have a bunch of people that want to buy it from us," Knight told the paper. "If you're interested, let us know. We have a few contenders."

Canseco had a 17-year career in the MLB while competing in 1,887 games and he hit .266 with 462 homers and 1,407 RBIs over his tenure.

These days, he's traded in his cleats for some goats.
