Jonathan Martin News Update: Richie Incognito Expected To File Grievance Against Miami Dolphins [VIDEO]

Fox Sports is reporting suspended Miami Dolphins offensive linemen Richie Incognito is soon expected to file a grievance against the team stemming from the Jonathan Martin hazing incident.

The eight-year veteran has already been indefinitely suspended by the Dolphins and stands to lose $255, 294.12 in weekly game checks.

Incognito and even some of his former teammates have denied that he bullied Martin, a second-year lineman who abruptly left the team in October and has since turned over voicemails and text messages that seem to affirm his assertions that he was mercilessly targeted.

In one phone message, Incognito can be heard shouting "you half-ni****" and even threatening to "kill" the 24-year-old.

In is only public comments thus far, Incognito told reporters ""I'm just trying to weather the storm right now. This will pass."

Martin has yet to speak about the allegations and reports have now surfaced that he is undergoing counseling for emotional distress. On Thursday, several media outlets also reported at some point he also plans to attempt to resurrect his NFL career, though his chances of doing so with the Dolphins remain in question given the reaction of some of his teammates.

"He needs to stand up and be a man," teammate Tyson Clabo said of Martin. "I don't know why he's doing this."
