Usain Bolt Ate '100 McNuggets A Day' During Beijing Games, Had Wild Sex Parties? [VIDEO]

Olympic sprinting champion Usain Bolt reveals in his new memoir "Faster Than Lightning" that during the Beijing Games he ate as many as "100 McNuggets a day" and that ladies regularly "threw themselves at him."

Bolt, then 22, writes he first tried Chinese food and thought it was "odd." Thus, over the next 10 days he consumed as many as "1,000 McNuggets."

"At first I ate a box of 20 for lunch, then another for dinner. The next day I had two boxes for breakfast, one for lunch and then another couple in the evening. I even grabbed some fries and an apple pie to go with it," he writes.

Bolt also writes that he and Jamaican runner Mizicann Evans were seriously dating when he arrived in Beijing, but after he became an overnight situation things quickly unraveled.

"I was able to get any lady I wanted," he writes. "I could walk into a party and take my pick. I would go into a club and think, 'Hmm, a'ight, which one? You . . . ? You . . . ? Oh, you! Let's do this.' "

Bolt later writes "we had one rule: If I was doing my thing with someone else and Mizzi didn't know, then she was cool. But if she found out that something had happened between me and another girl, then that person had to go."
